“Projects like the Scranton Enterprise Center, which help new businesses thrive in their first few crucial years, are essential to our state’s economy," said Onorato.  "As Pennsylvania’s next Governor, it will be a priority to create more incentives like what is offered at the Enterprise Center to encourage new businesses to start in Pennsylvania and stimulate local economies."
"Pennsylvania families expect real solutions to health reform.  But, instead of offering constructive policies, Tom Corbett is engaging in a taxpayer-funded political stunt with the goal of denying more people coverage and making affordable health care less accessible.
"As the only candidate who has managed a large economy, Dan has the executive experience to lead Pennsylvania through these tough times and bring us back to prosperity," said Alex Reber, Dauphin County Democratic Committee Candidates Chair.  "Dan is not only the best candidate for Pennsylvania - he also has the best chance of victory in November."
“We interviewed every candidate who was interested in our support,” PSEA President James P. Testerman said. “In the end, we recommended the candidate who most shared our vision for education, and on issues that matter to our members. Dan believes, as our members do, that education is essential to the economic security of Pennsylvania families, and a quality education system begins with state government living up to its responsibility to fund public schools.”
"We have seen firsthand Dan's compassion for the working men and women of our area," said Jim Hollis, Secretary and Treasurer of the Johnstown Building and Construction Trades.  "We have every reason to expect that his compassion will carry over into the Governor's office."
“The Wilkes-Barre Innovation Center is a prime example of what I would like to create across the state to help foster economic growth," said Onorato.  "If elected, I would expand on the Center’s ideas and bring them to more locations to encourage new companies to locate in our communities."
“To effectively fight crime and end the cycle of violence, we must also focus on prevention,” Onorato said.  “From early childhood education to economic and workforce development, we must recognize and address the contributing factors that increase criminal behavior.”
"The Chester County Young Democrats offer their endorsement and full support to Dan Onorato,” said Sean McCarson, Treasurer and Spokesman for the CCYD.  “We believe Dan has the right experience to lead us during this tough economic climate.  Dan is committed to getting Pennsylvanians back to work and increasing transparency in state government."
“Dan Onorato has what it takes to bring jobs to our communities,” Payton said, “His economic plan will ensure that we are attracting the high-growth firms that are shaping our 21st-century economy and creating quality, well-paying jobs. Dan recognizes the connection between quality education and a growing economy; his plan to invest in early childhood education will help Pennsylvania compete over the next twenty years and beyond. Dan has a clear vision for Pennsylvania's future, and the proven experience necessary to take us there.”
"We were confident we could win the 2,000 signatures needed," Kinross continued, "but with the help of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we were able to submit 20,000 signatures from 50 counties."
